Buddy, the only thing GOOD about this SO CALLED compromise is that it does NOT eliminate the Republicans opportunity to disallow filabustering of judicial nominees. Other then that, its a COMPLETE WHITEWASH of the whole thing allowing the Dems to SAVE FACE for now and possibly putting them in a stronger position down the road if they decide to filibuster. jdn
