You asked Laz what made him think those responsible would ever be brought up on charges by US command and I pointed out that some of them already had been and that many more may yet face charges. Now you want to change the ground rules. Such an X-like maneuver, zonder - rather unbecoming. In any case, are you suggesting that a "court martial" is somehow NOT a criminal proceeding or that only some court in the Netherlands should have jurisdiction over crimes that occur in the context of a military conflict?
