democrats won in the compromise. they held off these judges some for a few years and now say ok up or down vote on these three. The democrat senate has won in holding up judges to the bench. We are right back to months or last year with trying to vote on bush nominations to the bench. Nothing has been accomplished except to move forward on voting for a few judges. republicans have lost and public have lost as we sat by and watched our senate procrastinate on judges for such a long time wasting time on other matters for the public.
