Pat Buchanan on IMUS wondered what McCain was going to do on the four judges following the three that are confirmed. Will these reps vote with dems not to cloture? Or will there be a further compromise on the four that is coming. From what i can tell after these three pass, 2 of the 4 next ones will get through. McCain just cant vote against cloture for all 4 and survive as a republican. But if 5 of 7 overall get thru he can "claim" victory. One other possibility--far out i admit is that McCain could switch party affiliation and have a damn good shot at the Dem nomination. Nah????
