I am not talking 24/7. For me its about the culture that somehow countenanced abu graib or at least made folks think they could have some "fun" and get away with it. But even if i accept your premise, what is different this time is that everything becomes public sooner or later whether because of picture phones or MSM mythology. But it doesnt matter which because so much harm is caused by so few that reigning this behaviour in has become almost as important as winning a battle in terms of public opinion, here, there and everywhere. mike
