once again, TA fails.

Could be, could very well be! I mean, nothing is perfect.

But, I don't think that right here right now the fat lady is anywhere near the building, let alone singing, so wait a bit before counting chickens. Why? Because VLO -- here -- is neither breaking out, nor breaking down, so it ain't chicken counting time, yet.

And, if TA did indeed fail and the puppy wants to go up? Well hell, I'll buy back in, of course!

Now, as far as your "once again, TA fails" is concerned, TA operators such as myself fail all the time, but TA as such? Hardly.
