Now i am getting more confused. Does this mean that the democrats will not filibuster any of the 6? Because if they do and cloture vote fails to get 60 we are back at square one.

As "Beldar" pointed out, on paper it's a terrible deal. You would never write a contract like this one for a client of yours. Check the complete "deal" at Message 21352887

Now if Bird, et al, act like Angels, all is well. :>)
