I'm not really sure what you're asking, but there's no disparity... according to the spiral, for this trading cycle the heaviest overhead resistance is up around the 1210ish level in the June contract, and the most likely deadline for a top is a week from tomorrow... this doesn't mean the top must be at 1210ish next Wednesday, just that the heaviest resistance is at that level, we could certainly possibly see a near term top sooner if the market is weaker than normal... also, we could see a top sooner than next Wednesday for the same reason... clear now?

Therefore, simply said, if we're trading above 1210ish on next Wednesday, it will be an ideal short, according to the fib spiral...
