China will revalue but ONLY on their own schedule. And everyone who has some knowledge should tell by now that this is not the question of appreciation of 10%. This is a symbolic move of a series of worsening bullying down the road. If China shows just a little bit of softness, it would open a floodgate for further even worse unreasonable demand. That is the exact reason why China will NOT do anything on request.

Trade sanction to China? no problem. Let's have a trade war. Let's see who will be hurt more, and who will blink first? I hope the US and EU are prepared.

As for China, no big deal. only 20 million jobs involved with ALL the foreign investment. China will survive even if all of them leave, not to mention capital has no nationality. Capitalists will stay as long as they can make money. And they can make plenty in China now.
