Oh, I'm just being a smart ass. Bush said it and I totally agree with it. Being silent about terrorists in your religion doesn't mean that you are harboring them, so I don't agree with waging war against them (or nuking them, as you put it). If they join the terrorists by harboring them or bearing arms against us, then all bets are off. I would be much happier if I could see a lot of Muslims screaming bloody outrage at the transgressions of the terrorists in their midst. This is not too much to expect. In this country we routinely condemn people like neonazis, KKK, and so forth.
