I'm beginning to think the primary qualification for SCOTUS is that the person hasn't gone to law school. What do you learn there? How to craft a legal argument for ANY conceivable position. You want the Federal Government to fund pedophilia playgrounds? Any competent lawyer can spit out 200 pages of legalese proving man/boy love is a fundamental right.

Nope. We need people who have a good grounding in American History, have read and understood the Federalist Papers, and have NOT been infected with lawyer brains.
