A lot of people would place obedient on a higher level if they are considering it as a valued for other people than for themselves. I imagine so, but not me. I don't expect others to be obedient, either, unless they're children. (comparing political values to political values, practical outcomes to practical outcomes, emotional values to emotional values ect.) Like I said, it's not supposed to be easy. It's multi-faceted. It not only tells you which practical value is more important than another, it tells you whether you value the practical over the emotional or visa versa. This is a very widely used instrument, not some internet gimmick.
