Yep, that's what I've been saying all along: PULLLLLEEESE! Bring back the draft and soon! It takes 6 weeks just to get the paperwork up and running and then a year or so to get them rounded up, trained and ready to shoot at something hopefully not their own foot. Our military is supposed to be ground down and in real trouble by 2006. What, Bush thinks he's going to hire foreigners, create an American Foreign Legion to fight his inane and incompetently prosecuted foreign venture? Maybe.
