My answer hasn't changed. Did you know I voted for Jerry Brown for President? In 1980, I changed political parties to vote for John Anderson (Hell, I even voted for Carter in 1980). I should be easy pickings for the Democratic Party. I'm pro choice, in favor of Affirmative Action, believe in evolution, and am not opposed to Federal Government regulation (I've even defended Gray Davis several times on SI).

What exactly do you think John Kerry would be doing that is any different than Bush? Do you think Kerry's judicial nominees would have an easy time getting through a Senate that has a strong majority of Republicans? Do you think he would be withdrawing from Iraq (didn't Kerry complain that we didn't have enough troops in Iraq?)? Do you think Kerry could pass a large tax increase over the objections of Frist and Delay?
