You are wrong. Again. The Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940 is superseded by the latest Bankruptcy laws : Here is a verbatim record from the Senate proceedings : ...the Senate defeated an amendment that would have exempted members of the armed services, veterans, and spouses of service members who die while in military service from application of the "means test" provisions of the bill. This would have helped them if their family or their business goes into bankruptcy.
