AmericanFascism: it takes the risk away from the ultrarich and the megacorporations and puts it on the back of the hard working American middleclass family --- yup, this includes the upper middleclass family as well. Is it any wonder why Americans are working so hard, working so long, commuting hours a day and getting further behinder? Will your house save you when interest rates rise? Speculation is rampant now in housing just as it was in the stock market a few years back. What happens then? It's ridiculous.
