I knew about it years ago. I'm sure they did. I'm sure somebody is literally playing games, like "Civilization". Grab the resources first. Also their rule of war; take the high ground. That's why we are militarizing space, exclusively, per Shrub doctrine. China's rules; buy the resources with American Wal-Mart bux.
