What I meant by it being our fault that Al Qaida is coming in from Syria, etc. is that the entire Iraq war was badly planned and horribly bungled by our own Bush administration and the Pentagon. Anyone who was old enough to watch the Vietnam war unfold knows that a dedicated guerilla force operating in its own territory is very difficult to win against, unless you are willing to accept huge civilian losses. This is all very basic war planning. I give them an "F!"
