That's a very nice little review of Sach's book, The End of Poverty. I am always surprised when our righteous Christians and conservatives never even comment when the discussion turns to what Jesus' values were. I wonder if any of them bothered to read the review. I discovered this book a few months ago because its author is working with Bono, U2's lead singer, on his projects to end poverty in Africa. Bono is a devout Catholic and is acting based on his understanding that Christians are supposed to act as Jesus would have, and Jesus cared about and for the poor. Thanks for posting the article!
