George Washington quote "The United states in in no sense founded on the Christian doctrine" How much clearer could the father of our country make it? You might as well be arguing we should let Scientologists or Moonies run the White House and Congress. No religion gets in. None of them. Stay out. Otherwise, America ceases to be America.

Why do evangelicals attack common sense science courses and deny the obvious truth of evolution? Because if evolution is true (which it is, just look at the Galapagos Islands), then was no Adam and Eve (of course not, it's an ancient myth), no fall, no sin, can't blame the women, and without sin fundamentalist scare tactics no longer work so they can't fleece their flocks anymore. The assault of the rightwing evangelicals on our government and education system is at its root about MONEY. And the other half of the rightwing ideology is defending corporate special interets which is obviously about MONEY. Then the Delay types live off the lobbyists. So more MONEY. And the war in Iraq is a huge source of money. MONEY, MONEY, MONEY, MONEY. That's all it is. No morality. Not even common sense ideas. Just profiting off the rest of us and fleecing their own followers.
