Even the man who said that it is OK to torture prisoners (Gonzalez) has accused Priscilla Owen of "unconscionable judicial activism.” So there.

She is a corrupt hyper activist judge. In some of her opinions she ruled the way she did because she thought the laws should be changed not because those laws violated either state or federal constitutions.
