I don't see Syria as a threat to us. It may be a threat to Iraq. I'd rather not see the war spread to a new country, or TWO new countries, if you count Iran. We can't handle the country we're in. As for the insurgents coming from there - I'd rather we stop them at the border. You're arguments are the same ones we used when we invaded and bombed Cambodia - deja vu all over again.
