SF is liberal so everyone wants to live there.

Personally, it has too much crime for someone like myself, where I grew up we left our doors open, but imagine doing that today?

That doesn't sound right. That implies only 3%-4% per annum growth since 2000.

California also boasted the highest median home value across the country with $316,600
