"All of the incidents you mention happened after the US involvement in Saudi Arabia." I can list plenty of similar terror attacks prior to 1991. Do you remember the several bombings of our embassy in Lebanon? Or the several dozen American hostages held in Lebanon? Or the attacks by Muslim terrorists on American troops in Europe in the '70's and '80's? There was the Achille Lauro hijacking where an elderly wheelchair bound American was thrown overboard. Two of our diplomats were murdered in Khartoum. I recall a US serviceman being murdered during one of the airplane hijackings of the '70's and '80's as well.

Now what can you blame all those attacks on?
