While the MSM has been swooning about the affair, alternative and foreign media sources are alive with reports from the ICRC and independent news reports of interview with former prisoners confirming the Koran flushing technique to be widespread and ubiquitous to American Gestapo prison practice. The White House is an abomination. Democracy NOW! ran a pair of WH PressSec Scott McClellan's comments this morning, the first when he and the despicable DoD flak de Rita attacked Newsweek in a coordinated effort, and a recent McClellan obfuscation in view of Myers' and Karzai's comments proving White House allegations to be ludicrous. I saw further proof of just how ludicrous and staged this whole contrivance was when I saw MSM TV "news(sic)" footage of the riot in Kabul. Conveniently for the American TV evening news programs, one Afghani protestor had a sign damning Newsweek for its story. Huh? This was just as staged as was the John Rendon & Assoc. effort to make sure in 1991 that as the U.S. military marched and rode in Kuwait City, liberating it from the Iraqis, that hundreds of small American flags were being waved by the thankful Kuwaiti crowd on the sidewalks. Complete bullshit. Just like the recent staged riot scene in Kabul.
