The STATUS QUO (rules of the Senate) says cloture requires a 2/3 majority vote to shut off debate. The STATUS QUO (rules of the Senate) also say that it requires a 3/5 majority vote to CHANGE THE RULES OF THE SENATE. So, are you NOW saying that you like the RULES the way they are? "You have indicated you support the ends justify the means school of thought." WRONG! (You are just making this crap up as you go along, right?) You can't find ANYWHERE where I have SAID that....
