Yes it is largely the press but website reports by the government are not enough, particularly if it is deemed to be a pending major problem. You dont want your folks stuck over there a week down the road. By the way, before their were websites, the govt had and has other means of making its concerns public. Not only SI posters and internet savvy folks are worthy of protection you know. Mike
