My only rule about Feelies posters who participate on other threads that are generally hostile to Feelies is that they themselves do not participate in the hostilities there AGAINST FEELIES POSTERS. That is analogous to being nice and pleasant here and then going to other threads and being two-faced and destructive towards the people at Feelies. I think it is underhanded and rude.

I realize a lot of our conservative posters have friends at these threads, but I think they can participate here and there and enjoy themselves fully without being duplicitous. Certainly I can think of several people who are doing this successfully.

This is an absolutely different situation than someone who posts at Feelies going to another thread and getting into an argument, or criticizing someone at that other thread. That is not back stabbing, which is the behavior that I consider rude and uncivil conduct. I am totally puzzled that you cannot see the difference.

I don't have time to read other threads. Now that it is suddenly summer and warm outside I am not even enjoying being inside enough to keep up with this one. I assume that if a Feelies poster is participating in malicious conversations about Feelies at other threads, though, someone might let me know.

I hope you can see the difference between the concept of backstabbing and gossipping behind someone's back and your erroneous belief that I apply different rules to conservatives and liberals, which I do not.

Most of the bannees had an agenda to disrupt the thread or behave in an ugly fashion in some way, or to constantly harass and interrogate someone at Feelies. As I said before, if it is someone's agenda to be ugly and disrupt the nice energy here, that person will probably end up creating a situation where he or she will be banned. Life is too short for so much ugliness.
