Re: it really wasn't about u. it was about him. and his frustration with what he's been through in this world

Nonsense.

He may be frustrated but so am I at times. EVERYONE is! That does not mean is is okay to go and kill people. Kill yourself if you are frustrated, but don't take mothers and children along for the ride.....that is one of the worst crimes one could commit.

Re: i know that is a real idealistic view. but nothing is really permanent in this world.

True, but this does not mean that there are not laws we all should try to follow while we are here.

And if people want to go and kill people by the hundreds, they should expect to be killed. Call it Instant Impermanence!

But they made that choice once they started strapping explosives to themselves.

A follow up question would be, why is it WRONG to kill these people if they in fact WANT to be martyred and impermanence is a part of life anyway? You will be saving peoples lives by doing so. So you can see how your beliefs don't really jive.

Re: AND all we can ultimately change is ourselves

Ultimately this is true.....and I cannot argue with this. But on an ever shrinking planet, we cannot allow people to go around with explosives strapped to their body.
