Maybe. And if all sides restrain themselves maybe will get peace in the middle east. <g>

I suppose this might at least result in a temporary truce but I think a number of people (including Senators, the most relevant people in this case) on both sides have a problem with the agreement and they will only abide by it if it is interpreted in a way most favorable to their view.

Democrat's interpretation - Anyone who has even a whiff of "in your face", in either temperament, or in terms of judicial philosophy (measured from the Democrats viewpoint) can be filibustered.

Republican interpretation - Its ok to filibuster "criminals, cronies (political hacks), and crackpots".
