You are talking about exceptions to what generally happens. Apparently you have no other recourse but to try and confuse the issue? "what specifically makes it a new human being?" It is the combination of genetic material from two distinct Human individuals that continues to grow into an adult that looks like you and I and has it's genesis at conception.

His ilk are attempting to sneak in the back door. By using inflammatory language and innuendo around PBA's, they hope to overturn Roe in a proxy manner by sneaking in "rights" to some fetuses. Don't ask me how they will prevent wet dreams once the snowball begins to roll! I'm sure some of us will be exempted on the basis of unlikelihood.
