I see the part about white males. You of course see how they size up the country as being x% white, y% hispanic, z% black, a% asian. Then they zero in on a particular institution and if those percentages aren't matched there, that institution is labeled racist. Well lets take their little methodology out a bit further. The world percentages are a lot different and overall, whites are a minority. Now try to pick on an institution.
