You'd be surprised at what they can do with technology these days. Not only that, but ... I'm curious what YOUR definition of "serious injury" is. At this particular moment in time, I suspect Bill would be likely to categorize getting hit by a car as more than just a "close encounter". Yes, he is posting, so the evidence suggests that he still has all 4 limbs firmly attached. Maybe he just lost his head? Nothing serious, though ...
