The dems` did not learn a thing from dukarkis. kerry used the same playbook,dumb schmuch that he is, and now you have the answer way to late: <<All Kerry needed was 'a Karl Rove like figure' as his campaign manager...He would have played hardball with Bush about the war and "Independent Groups" would have launched Ads that accuse Bush of taking us to war based on lies and faulty intelligence...We would have also seen a huge effort to portray Bush as a reckless leader who could NOT be counted on to be a good steward of our environment...The Dems would have defined Bush BEFORE his campaign had a chance to spin things and attack the enemy.>>
