What do you mean "finally"? He did it quickly, but what was the rush? His entire military record was already out there vetted 100,000 times by your smear and spin artists. There was nothing there. A clean record. A sterling record. Kerry never had anything to hide.

As opposed to Bush who had plenty to hide and is still hiding it.
