Kerry has never lied. The example you give is strictly rhetorical exaggeration, something all politicians do in every speech they give. Pick any speech Bush has ever given and I could pick out a dozen such exaggerations. Fact is Kerry met with all the important guys, but not the whole body. Same difference.

Another example of dishonest reporting by the Washington Times. But you never see the times dissecting Republican speeches and exposing their wild exaggerations.

The difference is Bushies outright lie. A lot. About really-really big things. Kerry doesn't. Never has. Never will. He has exaggerated a few times in his career though, far less than anyone else I know. Once every few years.
