A lot of it goes to build 6 lane freeways in West Virginia to powerful senator's vacation homes, but who cares.

I was just stating a fact about what americans care about. And i dont have a problem with it. For folks our age (who still work) like me, we see all this money come out of our paycheck over the years, realize that employess match so I have no problem when i hit 65 and start getting my check. Hell i earned it. If you feel that you dont want or need or SS because you took care of yourself and your finances so well during your lifetime, God Bless You. You can return those checks Mike if you wish or at least the part of it that you think is overpayment.
