"Former Connecticut Gov. John Rowland (R) is teaching classes in prison while serving out his sentence on federal corruption charges, the Meriden Record-Journal reports. "Rowland has 26 students and he will be covering interviewing and job skills for prisoners whose terms will end shortly." The pay for his work in prison ranges from 12 to 40 cents an hour."
