However, the spokesman adamantly states that under no circumstances were there any incidents where a Qur'an "was flushed into a toilet." Reporters weren't quick enough to pick up on the obvious attempt to throw a veil over what actually happened - through an artful obfuscation. ... There are no flushable toilets in the cages in which the Guantanamo prisoners are being kept. ... The prisoners have soil-buckets, into which they will urinate and defecate, ... These soil-buckets are not flushable, they are removed ... Reports on this topic have stated that in at least one occasion, a Qur'an was DROPPED into a bucket. ...
