So he's hiding it from ??? They know he has 42 million shares and they know he transferred it. If he is guilty of misstating earnings, I think the stocks are still fair game.

Ah, I see now they are under investigation as is the dude transferring his shares. OK. I just thought he was retiring and transferring his shares to his wife. Sorry I don't follow these types of stories.
