They could always start using the crane for its intended purpose and maybe he would fall out. No one should be put in harms way trying to negotiate with this character. If he has a gun, shoot him. If not, wait him out.

Our mayor is a joke..a hand picked woman by The dnc, clinton, hillary and stephanopolis. to name a few came to help her... It was a tie, but she managed to "find" 500 votes..I don't think it was really a tie to begin with, I think they misjudged how many they needed to steal.
