"The media has brought to our attention the issue of whether Dr Timothy Potts, Director National Gallery of Victoria, should have closed the exhibition of contraversial artist Andres Serrano. The issue of the closure of the exhibition is bringing forward different arguments regarding religion, human expression, rights, economic and legal issues."

I'm not seeing Magglethorpe's name in any of the sites that talk about the controversy.
