I would like to see North Carolina come on board. They have some great research universities and, being a red state, can stand up to the Rove propaganda.

Where are these states going to get the researchers? Stem cell researchers see themselves viewed as Dr. Frankenstien, with Bush as the mayor of the village and the right wingnuts as the villagers with torches! They'd be NUTS to want to work here.
