While you are counting, please count Palau and Vanuatu also! Didn't they send a cook and 50 dancing girls?! ;-)

What really counts is the percentage of troops that other countries sent. In the case of Bosnia and Kosovo, EU countries have sent large numbers of troops (and money). In the case of Iraq, the US provides more than 90% of the troops and foots virtually the entire bill.

As for countries not in Iraq, take India as just one example. They were smart enough to realize that Iraq is going to become a mighty mess and decided against sending any troops.
