It's not an opinion. It's a fact. Consider -- TWO YEARS after invading Iraq, with 150,000 soldiers still there, we now have a poorly-trained IRAQI "army" of 40,000 trying to calm Baghdad, where no place outside the Green Zone is safe (even inside the Green Zone, it is not safe at times).

Is that what you call "success"? Why? Because F-man Cheney says so?
