:) (When you say 'Congress', I think it would be helpful to specify which Congress... but, to try answering your question [and assuming you are talking about the current Congress] I would guess that the answer is 'No', nothing like that will happen. Still, as per usual, his lame duck status will progressively weaken his ability to push bills through the Congress, and the members will increasingly turn to focusing on their own reelection campaigns, their own hides, as time progresses.)
