Hi Mike, Don't know if anyone is following the HTDS situation, but Jury selection to begin Thursday, June 2nd. There's a pre-trial conference on the 29th I believe - last ditch chance for an out-of-court settlement. Most - like David Spade's frequent flyer miles - say, "...Saint Happenin'..... HTDS should come out controlling the rights to Tubercin, a new cancer treatment and AIDS therapy developed in South Korea that also boosts the effectiveness of other drugs. Presuming that HTDS prevails, it should be a real runner. John :-) .
