It's my gentle way to say your question wasn't one I was interested in answering. My original post was about the intent of the Bush folk to convert SS to a welfare program on the way to ending it. in support of which, you made an unsupported assertion, which you now say that you are not interested in supporting. The annoying thing is not so much that you never take the trouble to support your assertions, it's that you then feel perfectly justified in demanding that everybody else support their assertions copiously. Hardly equitable.
