<And you should REALLY reflect on this statement you made. Because were there TRUE freedom in Vietnam, there wouldn't have been a "losing side", nor masses of refugees.>

Those who sided with America in the American war were clearly in the minority -- that is why we lost the war. They were treated as traitors for siding with America.

<The only side who "won" that war were the relative few elite, corrupt, Marxist ideologues who were able to dominate the "masses". The very same powerful families who will ensure that the greater proportions of economic wealth from capitalist ventures migrates into THEIR personal coffers.>

Vietnam won its independence. Independence Day in the US is likewise honored.

<It's all the same.. The difference between capitalism and communism is that with capitalism, man exploits man. With communism it's the other way around.>

In China the economy is as capitalist as you will find in most liberal democracies -- you confuse the openness of the economic system with the openness of the political system. Neither Vietnam nor China has a closed economy -- with China far more open. And neither country has an open political system -- they are both firmly one party states. Both are free from foreign domination in the political sphere -- congratulations and good luck to them both.
