Not really. It was necessary to address religion to expose a bigotted extremist; but, the discussion was never really about religion. It was an expose on how someone can be driven to hateful and raving lunacy when they think it serves their agenda; and, in the case of LnS, it was definitely politically motivated. Your topic remains sound.
